UNIGIT is an universal rigorous grating solver. It is based on the RCWA and the Rayleigh-Fourier method. There are three different RCWA-solvers implemented:
- one for the 1D-problem, classical mount;
- one for the 1D-problem, conical mount;
- one for the 2D-problem.
NEW:
In addition, there will be solvers available that are based on the C-method (coordinate transformation).

UNIGIT version v.2.01.01 is available. Its main additional features are a C-method based solver for 1D gratings and the Unigit project mode to retrieve information of older computations. More detailed documentation and installation instructions can be found in the ZIP-file below.
UNIGIT help for Vista and Windows 7 can be reactivated by downloading the Winhlp32.exe from Microsoft Support .
