What is UNIGIT?

UNIGIT is an universal rigorous grating solver. It is based on the RCWA and the Rayleigh-Fourier method. There are three different RCWA-solvers implemented:

- one for the 1D-problem, classical mount;
- one for the 1D-problem, conical mount;
- one for the 2D-problem.

A downloadable Demo version of UNIGIT can be found on the download page.

The attached flyer provides more information about the software.
